These are ways you can support our university 1. Fundraising and Donations To ensure the university offers quality education services, your financial support is important. The university is on a continuous process of developing modern infrastructure to support learning. At this particular moment the Mbeya Campus which is the focal point for this campaign is currently hosting about 3500 students and has a capacity to provide accommodation for only about 500 students.  The rest of students who do not have accommodation are required to find housing solutions outside the University campus. Recently there has been increased social risks especially for the female students. To address this problem the University has proposed a construction of a new hostel for female students with a capacity to host about 1200 Students. The total cost for this entire project is about 5.8 billion Tanzanian Shillings. To be able to raise this amount the University is kindly requesting you to pledge your support for this important mission. This support can be in terms of cash or materials which are required for the construction.  This pledge can be collected up to March 2024. The University has opened a special payment number (KUMBUKUMBU NAMBA) for the campaign which is 994180331310. The name which will appear is: MCC Fundraising Campaign. We appreciate for your support and together we can make an impact for now and future. 2. Mentorship and Networking Mzumbe university values practical experiences from various industries. Your experiences and practical knowledge can help shaping learning experience of our current students. The university organizes guest lectures hence you have an opportunity to visit our university and share your valuable experience. Moreover, the university regularly sends her students to various organisations to acquire field and practical experiences, you may use this as an opportunity to collaborate with the university by providing learning experience in your organization. 3. Volunteering Opportunities While the university has sufficient manpower to run various programmes, the university provides volunteering opportunities to alumni and other supporters. As an alumnus or supporter, you can engage in university activities and projects to play advisory roles or actively engage in activities that aim at enhancing achievement of organizational goals. Further, you may engage in promoting our activities, projects and programmes so they can reach a wide audience of stakeholders.
