The Mzumbe University offers cafeteria services with all meals to students and staff at subsidized rates. The meals are paid for at the cafeteria counters. There are Four (4) cafeterias at Mzumbe Main Campus which are known as OLD Cafeteria, MUSO, IDM and Maekani Cafeteria, MUSO and IDM on the main campus which have the capacity to serve the present student population. Catering services can be offered by the service providers to conference and seminar participants on cash basis upon special arrangements. Students are not allowed to cook in halls of residences and therefore are advised to use the catering services approved by the university.
