Dr. Seraphina Bakta, PhD
Biography
Dr. Seraphina M. Bakta is a Senior Lecturer and Dean of the Faculty of Law, Mzumbe University in Tanzania. She holds a PhD in Child Rights from the University of Cape Town; an LLM in International Law from the University of Cape Town and an LLB from Mzumbe University. Her areas of research interest include human rights; child rights; criminal justice; restorative justice; environmental law and climate change.
